John Cesaroni Named Partner

Zeisler & Zeisler is pleased to announce that John L. Cesaroni has been named a Partner of the Firm effective January 1st.

John, who joined the firm in 2013, represents clients in the debtor/creditor and commercial litigation areas.  His practice is focused on the representation of individuals and businesses with complex financial and litigation needs including: bankruptcy litigation, creditor/debtor litigation and workouts, commercial litigation and foreclosure matters.

He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and presently serves as Treasurer/Secretary of the Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Committee.  John is also on the Executive Committee, CLE Standing Committee, and Bankruptcy Conference Committee of the Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section; and a member of the Litigation Section.

John is admitted to practice law in the state of Connecticut, as well as the U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut; the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York; and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

He was a member of the board of directors of FISH of Greater New Haven for seven years.

John received his J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law, magna cum laude, where he was a Publication Editor of the Quinnipiac Law Review.  Prior to attending law school, John worked teaching college preparatory level biology and chemistry in Connecticut.
