Z&Z's corporate and real estate attorneys handle significant asset-based lending matters for Connecticut’s lenders and borrowers. Because of our extensive Chapter 11 practice, Z&Z's transactional attorneys work closely with the bankruptcy reorganization and corporate restructuring area.
