We have recently represented debtors, unsecured creditors and creditors' committees in many of Connecticut’s largest Chapter 11 cases, including Johnson Memorial Hospital, Derecktor Shipyards, Inc., SageCrest, LLC, Marathon Healthcare Group LLC, Halo Technology Holdings, the Handy & Harman Refining Group, Inc., Cannondale Corporation, Country Home Bakers, Inc. and Lancer Partners, L.P., one of the first domestic hedge fund bankruptcies. Most recently, partner James Berman was appointed Trustee in the bankruptcy cases of Michael S. Goldberg and Michael S. Goldberg, LLC, with whom creditors apparently invested tens of millions of dollars.
