Patrick R. Linsey is a restructuring and litigation associate with Zeisler & Zeisler.  Patrick has been selected for inclusion in Connecticut Super Lawyers as a "Rising Star" in the area of business bankruptcy since 2015.  He represents businesses, individuals and trustees in a diverse insolvency and litigation practice, including bankruptcy reorganization and litigation, creditor/debtor disputes, workouts, commercial litigation and arbitration, and other matters.  Patrick has prosecuted and defended complex claims in bankruptcy courts, federal and state courts and arbitration.  He has also achieved favorable settlements through alternative dispute resolution and counsels clients on strategies to protect their interests while avoiding litigation.

Patrick is active in state and national bar associations.  He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association's Commercial Law & Bankruptcy Section Executive Committee and co-chairs the Section's Continuing Legal Education Committee.  Patrick frequently lectures on topics related to insolvency law and is a regular contributor to the Connecticut Law Tribune.
