Kellianne T. Baranowsky is an associate attorney of Zeisler & Zeisler, P.C. Kelli’s practice is focused on the representation of individuals and businesses with complex financial and litigation needs including: bankruptcy litigation, creditor/debtor litigation and workouts, securities arbitration, commercial litigation and foreclosure matters. Kelli represents clients in proceedings before Connecticut’s State and Federal Courts as well as the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
Kelli received her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, cum laude, where she was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and National Moot Court Team and a recipient of the Alexander and Emily Mehr Prize for Excellence in Oral Advocacy. Kelli also holds a Masters of Arts degree in Political Science from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. Prior to attending law school, Kelli worked for several years as a special projects coordinator for a non-profit organization serving the needs of homeless adults in New York City.
Kelli is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association (PIABA), International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC), and the Greater Bridgeport Bar Association. Kelli served on the Executive Committee of the CBA Young Lawyers Section during 2006-2009. Kelli is a volunteer/member of the Connecticut Pro Bono Network and volunteer/member of the Milford Junior Women’s Club which supports and promotes education, public health, philanthropy and service to the Milford community.
